Desine Systems is an effort of Don Wood who has over 30 years experience working with advanced traffic control systems, computer systems and networks, web development, electrical systems, and software application development.
Working as senior technician, traffic signal operations and maintenance supervisor, webmaster, network administrator, and manager of electrical systems. His experience includes traffic signal maintenance, and operation (timing plan development), advanced traffic management systems including coordination systems, video systems, computer networks, maintenance management system software development, website development and maintenance, office management, electrical system maintenance and construction inspection including traffic signals, storm pump systems, building electrical maintenance, fuel monitoring systems, light rail substation and overhead power distribution system construction inspection, etc.
Don also has experience in project specification and plan development.
Currently concentrating on software and website development, he is also available to assist with traffic signal systems.
